This is how the process works

Free Consultation Call
Our first contact will be a virtual call. This will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you have and for us to get to know each other. We can discuss your goals for your journey to wellness as well as the different services offered to help you reach those goals.

Book a Session
Your initial appointment will either be virtual via Zoom or in-person, if you live in the vicinity of Fredericksburg, Virginia. When you book your appointment, keep in mind that you may feel very relaxed and even sleepy after your session and plan the rest of your day accordingly. If we are meeting virtually, make sure that you have a private, quiet space available for our session.

Experience the Results
Most clients experience an ease in anxiety and sleep better after just one appointment! Many say that a weight has been lifted. After subsequent sessions, clients begin to experience a reduction in the symptoms that brought them to Nurtured Growth. Typical clients feel less tension and stress in their body and people around them notice positive shifts in their well-being.
My Approach
I begin each session by meeting you exactly where you are, without expectation or judgment. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where anything is possible. I will follow your lead on how much or how little you want to share about your stress, tension, or trauma. You can share some, none, or all of it. It is completely your choice and whichever path you choose will be welcome and encouraged.
